About your teacher Sarah Beale:
Sarah recently completed her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Dr Pooja Maddela and Dr Shridar Maddela, under Dr Pooja's Intergrated Mind Body Therapies, a Yoga Alliance registered Prenatal training provider. She is very excited to share the yoga of pregnancy to women at this magical time of their lives. Yoga is more than postures, so much more than the body. The practice goes to the deeper layers of the mind and spirit, with mantra and rituals of self-care for mama and baby.
Sarah practices and teaches other forms of yoga such as Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa, finding treasures in each method, and intuitively teaches based on the experience she has felt within herself.
She teaches with compassion, warmth and humour, adapting each class to the students who are present in the room.
Sarah and her partner massage therapist Alex Feasey, moved from Auckland to Napier in January 2017 to pursue a more relaxed, fulfilling way to live and together they now own and manage the beautiful Wellness Sanctuary on Hospital Hill, Napier.
