In this workshop we will take time to use the tools of yoga and mindfulness (restful yoga poses and the guided relaxation tool Yoga Nidra) to systematically relax the physical body, restore the nervous system and allow the release of mental and emotional tension to restore health and wellbeing.
The soothing vibration of crystal sound instruments will enhance this experience.
You will leave feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.
Recommended for absolutely everyone! No experience or flexibility needed, just the desire to relax is enough.
