Testimonial from last year's retreat:

"Sarah is an amazing yoga teacher. After attending her first session, it was a BIG YES for me to keep going...

I love how she explains the significance behind each posture and mantra associated with it. Her approach is very compassionate because she also gives you the space to do what feels right to you.

I have also attended her retreat which really transformed me and brought so much clarity into my life. In her retreats, the best part for me was the breath-work session. The way she held space for me, I felt so safe expressing my true self in those moments.

I highly recommend her yoga classes and retreats.

If you’re sitting on sidelines and thinking whether you should do it or not, take my word for it, ‘Just go for it’. Her presence and aura will transform your wellness journey. " K. Walia
