Breathwork Sessions with Sarah
Sarah Weaves together a beautiful combination of healing modalities such as Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reiki, Intuitive Touch, Light Language and Sound Healing with the Tibetan Bowls to take you into a deep transformative experience.
GROUPS
Sarah offers group Breathwork Journeys for private groups with prices ranging from $250 depending on the group size.
Larger public group journeys are currently taking place sporadically throughout Hawkes Bay. Keep an eye out for group workshops.
BREATHWORK 1:1
For those seeking to dive deeper into their breathwork, journeying deeper into the inner worlds, or wishing to experience the intimacy and support of 1 on 1 breathwork experience, this is for you.
Initial Session (75 minutes): $155
Follow up sessions (60 minutes-70mins): $135
Please allow extra time before and after your session to ground, and drink plenty of water afterwards.
COUPLES BREATHWORK
This is like couples therapy taken to a cathartic level. Breathing together, diving into the quantum together and resolving long standing issues in your relationship, as well as deepening and enhancing your connection. This can take up to 2 hours and is $250 per couple.
