Combining the elixir of Cacao with the powerful practice of Shamanic Journeying and the healing tones of Tibetan Bowls, you will leave feeling fulfilled and renewed, with a deeper knowing of Self.
Shamanic journeys are a guided meditative process which allow you to access information and guidance from your guides and inner wisdom. This process is ancient, practiced worldwide by different cultures and is accompanied by the beat of a frame drum.
First you will be safely guided by Clare, who started as a shamanic practitioner back in her 20's, into a beautiful inner journey to connect with your heart and ask what it has to tell you. The journey will also allow for heart expansion and the unfurling of the 33 petals / chambers, a return to the innocent heart of our inner child.
Sarah will then lead the Tibetan Bowl Sound healing, interwoven with Reiki, which will lull you into a blissful relaxation with their soothing sounds.
