You’ll be safely guided by breathwork facilitator Sarah, then lulled into a blissful relaxation with the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
During the breathwork you'll experience Sarah's voice guiding you, hands on touch to support (optional), Reiki energy, intuitive healing and use of instruments such as the frame drum and rainstick followed by the Tibetan bowls and Koshi chimes during the relaxation & integration.
