School holiday Family Fun Yoga!

My son & I are offering an all ages fun family yoga class with Tibetan bowl Soundhealing this school holidays!

Everyone is welcome!

Friday 19th December
10am-11am

5 Devonshire place, Taradale

All yoga mats and gear provided.

$15 per child, $20 per adult. $10 per extra sibling.

Animal poses, partner yoga, easy and fun focus and meditation exercises for the whole family. Laughter, good health and joy for everyone. Sometimes we get three generations coming to yoga at once! Plus Hernan might show you his fave poses too!

About me (Sarah):
I've been teaching yoga to all ages for over ten years. I teach Kundalini, Hatha and Yin, Ashtanga yoga and pregnancy yoga, I teach in many places from Resthomes to kindergartens, from rehabs to festivals to yoga studios and beyond. Yoga is for everyone. My 6 year old son Hernan loves yoga too and is excited to be helping his mama teach a class!
